Log movements and incidents as they happen
Quick actions cover the day: advance completed, detail began, motorcade departed via the primary route, switched to the alternate route, arrived at venue, shift change, unknown person approached the Principal, police contacted, all clear, detail ended. Each entry is time-stamped, GPS-tagged and fingerprinted.
Use the protective advance / site survey form for each venue and the incident report form for anything that happens, with persons involved, actions taken, use of force and law enforcement contact.
Reports and billing
The detail report includes a summary, the protective team (names, roles, armed or unarmed), a movement log by day, and one section per incident. Weapon permits, phone numbers, code words and medical notes stay out. Hotel, meals and fuel receipts photographed in the field go straight onto Time & Billing and the invoice.
