Yes. Contact support to upgrade or downgrade, and the new plan's price applies from your next billing date.
How does the Agency plan per-investigator pricing work?
The Agency plan has a base fee that covers the account, management tools, and shared resources. Each additional investigator is billed at a flat per-seat rate. Investigators added mid-cycle are charged only for the time left until your next billing date, then at the full seat rate from that renewal on.
Is my data secure and exportable?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Field entries are SHA-256 hashed for evidence integrity. You can export reports as PDF or Word, along with photo logs, billing summaries, and raw field logs — at any time.
